The Problem
Runglory had a growing fashion label but no owned online store that matched the brand's aesthetic. Sales were either happening through third-party marketplaces — where the brand experience was diluted — or through social media DMs with no structured checkout or inventory management.

Our Process
Phase 1 — Brand & Theme Direction (1 Week)
Reviewed the brand's visual identity, social presence, and target customer. Defined a store aesthetic that felt native to the brand rather than generic Shopify.
Phase 2 — Theme Development & Catalog Setup (3 Weeks)
Built the custom Shopify theme with Liquid. Structured and uploaded the product catalog with proper collections, variants, and metadata. Configured payment gateways and shipping.
Phase 3 — Testing & Launch (4 Days)
End-to-end checkout testing across devices. Connected Instagram Shopping. Launched the store and handed off to the brand team.
