Gujranwala Jewellers is a heritage fine jewellery brand with over 75 years of legacy, now serving customers from their flagship store in South Extension, New Delhi. Tecorbitron designed and developed a full-featured e-commerce website and web application to bring their curated collections — Gold, Diamond, and Polki — online. Built on WordPress and WooCommerce, the platform delivers a refined luxury shopping experience while preserving the brand's deep-rooted craftsmanship identity.

The Problem

Gujranwala Jewellers, despite carrying 75+ years of brand equity and a loyal multi-generational clientele, had no digital storefront to match their physical presence. Their collections — spanning Gold, Diamond, and Polki jewellery — were entirely offline, limiting reach beyond walk-in customers at Karol Bagh and later South Extension.

The client needed a digital platform that could reflect the luxury and emotional weight of their brand, enable online discovery and wishlist management, and serve as a trusted extension of their in-store experience — without losing the heritage feel that defines Gujranwala Jewellers.

Our Solution

Tecorbitron built a premium e-commerce web application on WordPress + WooCommerce, custom-designed to align with Gujranwala Jewellers' luxury positioning.

Key features delivered:

The platform was structured around their core product categories — Gold, Diamond, Polki, and a general Shop — each with dedicated navigation and sub-category architecture. A Wishlist system was integrated to allow customers to save and revisit pieces, mirroring the considered, high-value nature of jewellery purchasing.

A full Cart and Checkout flow was built via WooCommerce, along with a Sign In system for returning customers. The Expertise section was developed to highlight the brand's craftsmanship story, and a Contact module was integrated for store inquiries.

The design language was kept refined, minimal, and emotionally resonant — reflecting decades of trust while appealing to contemporary buyers. The entire site was built responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and desktop.

Results & Outcome

The brand now has a fully operational, self-manageable e-commerce system via WooCommerce — allowing them to add products, manage inventory, and process inquiries without developer dependency. The structured category navigation (Gold, Diamond, Polki) improved product discoverability, and the Wishlist feature directly supports the high-consideration nature of fine jewellery buying decisions.
