The Problem
FedhaByChallani had a strong offline reputation but no digital presence that matched the premium quality of their jewellery. Their existing online footprint consisted of inconsistent social media posts — there was no central destination where customers could explore their full collection, understand the brand story, or initiate a purchase enquiry.

Our Process
Phase 1 — Brand Discovery & Design Direction (1 Week)
We studied the FedhaByChallani brand identity — their existing social presence, target audience, and the aesthetic of jewellery brands they admired. Defined a visual direction that balanced timeless luxury with a modern, editorial sensibility.
Phase 2 — Design (2 Weeks)
Created a full UI design in Figma — homepage, collection pages, product detail, and enquiry flow. Used generous white space, refined typography, and a muted gold-and-ivory palette to evoke the premium feel of the brand.
Phase 3 — Development & PWA Setup (3 Weeks)
Built with Next.js for performance and SEO. Implemented PWA service worker for offline support and home screen installation. Integrated Sanity CMS for product and collection management.
Phase 4 — Testing & Launch (1 Week)
Tested across all major devices and browsers. Verified PWA installation flow on both iOS and Android. Optimized all product images for web without sacrificing quality. Launched with a content handoff session for the client team.
